• Are crewed by responsible and competent crews
• Have a preventive maintenance system
• Are regularly visited by qualified shore based superintendents
• Are regularly vetted and approved by end users, and
• Maintain highest class ratings.

Furthermore,

• Its employees are dedicated, qualified and experienced for the tasks that they undertake.
• Its operations are conducted as a minimum in line with the highest management standards regarding Marine Safety, Safe Working Practices and Protection of the Environment, and
• Maintain with existing and develop with other potential major charterers relationships to ensure that all vessels are employed to their best potential.
